Laura will meet you at your property to conduct your market valuation. She is responsible for new business and compliance within the company.

With a career spanning 25 years in the Estate Agency industry bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, she stays abreast of market trends, regulations, and industry changes, allowing her to offer insightful guidance that goes beyond the numbers. Laura opened the doors to Habitat back in 2012 with her husband Michael and has spent the last 13 years growing the business into the established agency it is today.

Laura prides herself on earning trust through integrity, professionalism and a genuine passion for helping people move forward with confidence. She can be found developing new service offerings, implementing marketing strategies, and occasionally serving a round of teas and coffees.

Laura enjoys Irish dancing in her spare time and a Friday tea time fizz!

Katie Daly

Katie Daly Level 3 qualified CELA Estates and Letting agents Branch Manager – Accounts

Katie is the main contact for any account queries, client relationships and managing the overall day to day operations and client relationships.

Katie has been with Habitat since it opened back in 2012 and is a steadfast contact for longstanding and new clients. She has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and offering expert guidance to clients at every stage of their property journey.

Katie has climbed the ranks over 20 years in the industry, from Saturday girl to Branch Manager, there are not many scenarios Katie has not faced before. Primarily office-based, she splits her time from supporting the team to implementing business improvements and is responsible for property accounts, sales progression.

Katie is currently planning her wedding, loves a good Spa and a glass of Whispering Angel!

Shauna Sanderson

Shauna Sanderson Level 3 qualified CELA Estates and Letting agents Property Maintenance – Team lead

Shauna is our property maintenance team lead, she supports our team of field reps and maintenance administrators to ensure interim property inspections, certificate renewals and repairs are communicated and reported within industry timescales. She oversees the deposit resolution process on check outs and communicates to both landlords and tenants their responsibilities and requirements under the housing act.

No two days are the same, and as someone who loves problem solving and helping people, her industry backed qualifications and experience shines through in her role which at times can be challenging due to deposit disputes and resolutions. She’s a true professional!

Shauna is also our creative force for the social media, making houses shine in captivating videos and bringing the Habitat team spirit to life on socials, if you’re not yet following us and keeping up to date with all things Habitat…maybe you should follow us!...

Shauna loves to run and hit the gym and is always up for an office tik tok!

Leah Kenworthy

Leah Kenworthy Level 3 qualified CELA Estates and Letting agents Field Rep

Leah is permanently field based and conducts property inspections, inventories, check out reports and viewings. She also attends new listings to collate pictures and measurements. Leah is the face of the business out on the field, her people skills shine through with vendors and tenants alike – she is extremely friendly and helpful with a keen eye for detail. She communicates her field based work to the team in the office so they are able to process her reports and feedback to clients. She has a keen eye for photography and produces many of our in house photography for listings. She loves being on the field, being in a client facing role is rewarding, creating long standing and personable relationships with our tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. Leah has been with the team for over five years and has a great knowledge of the local area and the property industry.

Leah is our Karaoke queen on staff nights out!

Stephanie Bridge

Steph is responsible for the marketing and file compliance of all new properties and will be your main point of contact until your property goes live to market.

She will offer clear explanations of the processes involved and address any questions or concerns maintaining the highest levels of customer service. Steph is also one of our in house photographers and will meet you at the property to undertake your floorplans and pictures.

Steph has a wealth of experience from a variety of past roles including property management and sales negotiator, with a passion for property and always looking to exceed clients expectations.

Steph brings in eggs from her chickens for the team and enjoys being at her allotment!

Amelia Adams

Chloe Birtley

Chloe is responsible signing off all new tenancies and re lets up to the point a tenant is checked in. She always puts the client first and spends time to understand the landlords and tenants needs ensuring an excellent match.

She ensures all references meet our quality control and criteria and communicates the outcomes to tenants and landlords. She will then plan the check in and draw all relevant tenancy documentation in line with the housing act.

As lettings valuer she supports Landlords with their decision making and tailors the most suitable package to suit best. With prior experience in hospitality she brings a fresh perspective, innovative ideas and a wealth of customer service skills.

Chloe is always the one with the healthy breakfast and her office nick name is “Barry”!

Lesley Knight

She also undertakes various aspects of property management such as rent increase, legal notices, planning property inspections, contractor liability and selective licensing. Leanne Badby

Leanne is the newest member of the team, joining in 2025 and based in the Sales & Lettings department. Leanne is looking forward to building relationships with our Vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants alike. She brings a wealth of transferable skills with a background in banking and 20 years of running her own franchise she has transitioned to Habitat to blend her entrepreneurial experience with her passion for real estate. Moving home can have its stresses so Leanne is focused on ensuring the clients’ experience is second to none and she is excited to help clients through every step of their property journey. Leanne particularly likes to head off site to visit properties to really get to know them and our clients.

Leanne is passionate about health and fitness and is the introducer of green tea to the office!

Elaine McConnell

Elaine brings decades of experience in dealing with people from all walks of life after a long and successful career she is now retired but loves her casual role as a Property Viewer with Habitat showing prospective purchasers and tenants around properties. Elaine is a real people person and as a viewing rep she gets to use her people skills in helping them find their new home. She will answer any questions they may have regarding the property but also to confirm the criteria they are looking for if the house they are presently viewing is not for them and will then suggest any other houses that also meet their criteria.

Elaine is a social butterfly who enjoys travel, brunches and fashion!
